Terms and Conditions 

As of October 22nd 2023.

• Prices can only increase from the stated "Starting from" price and are based on complexity.
• Payment is required before any work begins.
• Payment via PayPal by invoice only in GBP£ (British Pound Sterling).
• The work is not to be used commercially unless an individual agreement is reached.
• Minting as an NFT is strictly forbidden.
• Usage as training data for any "AI" system is strictly forbidden
• Work, except for sketches, cannot be cancelled or amended. Once a sketch is complete and you have given your approval, you may not cancel or receive a refund. Minor alterations can still be made to colour commissions.
• I can cancel any commission at any time for any reason. A full refund will be provided in this instance.
• I will not be held responsible for negative publicity or slander that may result from the work. I am providing what you have requested to the best of my ability and am absolved of responsibility for public relations throughout the entire process on your behalf.
• At your request, I can keep you anonymous, but I must be able to upload the piece
• There is no concrete delivery date as it varies from work to work.
• I maintain the right to reject your request for commission, and it may result in a blacklist, if I do not agree with, or are uncomfortable with, some or all of the subject matter proposed. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Political messages, regardless if I personally agree with them or not
  • Depictions of illegal or immoral activity
  • Slander toward another person or persons, religion, country etc.
• You must be 18 years or older to comply with British law for the receipt of adult (18+) services. If adult work is requested, I will require you to state your age in writing.
• Communication will be via email only at a minimum.
• "Excessive" edits to commission work will be charged extra. The cost will be at my discretion.
• These terms can change at any time and can be considered retroactive if I so please.
